About Us

At LISTEN, we are passionate about helping Upper Valley families and individuals secure the resources that they need to be safe, fed, warm, and housed.

Every dollar spent at one of our three thrift stores -- Lebanon, Canaan and White River Junction -- goes directly back to supporting the community. LISTEN’s extensive programs include our Food Pantry, Dining Hall, Summer Camp Scholarships, Heating Helper Grants, Housing Helper Grants, Holiday Baskets, and more! These vital services are only possible through generous shoppers, donors, and volunteers like you.

Serving Upper Valley neighbors in need since 1972, LISTEN is one of the region’s most comprehensive social service organizations.
