Upper Valley Aquatic Center is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Coach to help our swimmers excel!

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 PM - 6 PM
• Location: Upper Valley Aquatic Center in White River Jct., VT

Job Summary: As an Assistant Coach, you'll collaborate closely with our Head Coach and Age Group Coaches to deliver high-quality programming for our Sr., Jr., and Devo practice groups. Your role will be key in fostering participant growth and satisfaction within the program.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Implement training plans for assigned practice groups under the supervision of the Head Coach.
• Attend swim meets as needed.
• Coach on deck during all assigned practices.
• Admin duties such as daily attendance records, and parent communication.
