Flooring Retail Associate

We are looking to add a Flooring Retail Associate to our team! You will guide customers through their flooring projects big and small, from assisting with onetime purchases to providing consultation for long-term projects, acting as the point person in assisting customers with selecting the right product, scheduling measurings and installations, and resolving issues and answering questions along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Working face to face with customers
• Scheduling flooring installation
• Selling flooring products
• Creating job quotes
• Invoicing customers upon completion of jobs

Qualifications:

• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong communication skills
• Deadline- and detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft Word, and typing
