The Outreach and Engagement Coordinator (OEC) plays a vital role in telling the story of Cedar Circle Farm and Education Center, engaging the community, and promoting our mission-driven programs as well as our farm-grown and farm-made products. By crafting compelling communications and fostering relationships, the OEC strengthens community connections, builds brand loyalty, and supports organizational growth. This role collaborates across departments to ensure a cohesive outreach and engagement strategy, aligning with the farm’s goals for education, sustainability, and fundraising. Full-time, Year-round.
