By crafting compelling communications and fostering relationships, the OEC strengthens community connections, builds brand loyalty, and supports organizational growth. This role collaborates across departments to ensure a cohesive outreach and engagement strategy, aligning with the farm’s goals for education, sustainability, and fundraising. Full-time, Year-round.
