What You’ll Do as a DSP:
You’ll play a key role in supporting residents as they work toward their treatment goals and strive for greater independence. Responsibilities include:
- Provide Compassionate Support: Assist residents with daily living activities using trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
- Promote Community Engagement: Encourage participation in group activities and community outings.
- Support Goal Achievement: Help residents set and reach personal goals for growth and well-being.
- Ensure a Safe Environment: Maintain a clean, stable, and healing atmosphere.
- Complete Documentation: Accurately document care and interventions in compliance with agency standards.
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Hiring Bonus: Up to $1200
- Weekend/Holiday Differential: Additional $1.00/hour
- Paid Training: Comprehensive, on-the-job training
