Upper Valley Symphony Orchestra: Beethoven's 9th Symphony

Upper Valley Symphony Orchestra welcomes guest singers for a performance of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 in D minor, Op. 125. Regarded by many as one of the great masterpieces of western classical music, this ensemble features more than 50 instrumental musicians from around the Upper Valley as well as a chorus made up of singers representing many different choirs in the area. This special performance is part of Upper Valley Music Center’s 30th anniversary season of performances, celebrating three decades of music making in the Upper Valley.
