Soundbath & Breathwork Workshop

Join Somatic Therapist and Yogi Eliza Butler for a 1-hour immersive experience into breathwork and sound healing, designed to guide you into deep presence and inner connection.
During this class, using the conscious connected breathwork pattern, you’ll access expanded states of awareness, release tension, and open to greater clarity. Eliza will then guide you through a total nervous system reset with the healing power of sound through an array of instruments including crystal bowls. Equal parts activation and restoration, this event invites you to explore profound balance and harmony within.
All levels welcome, unheated.
Students are encouraged to utilize props throughout the class for a truly restful experience.
