PALS for Life Season 1

PALS for Life welcomes anyone who has been affected by breast cancer, with a doctor referral and physical therapy consult after 6-8 weeks post radiation and chemotherapy.

• FREE land and aquatic fitness classes
• Camaraderie, personalized attention
• Lymphedema Seminar and nutritional information provided by staff from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center
• Motivation and coaching provided by ACSM Cancer
