Join us for a Latin dance social featuring timba, salsa, bachata, merengue, and more on Saturday, December 13th from 2-5 pm! Beginner Cuban casino class from 2-2:45 pm, open dancing until 5 pm! Casino is an elegant and energetic partner dance that originated in Cuba in the 1950s from son, chachachá, and danzón. Rueda de casino is a fun and dynamic group dance that involves switching partners and performing moves in unison according to a caller. Join us for a fun and friendly dance! No partner needed, beginners welcome. Please bring clean shoes and water.
