Happy Handstands Workshop

Handstands invite us to find courage, strength, and a willingness to change our perspective (literally). Inversions help us cultivate joy & playfulness along the journey! 

Join studio owner Heather for this 90 minute class where we'll warm up and do some strengthening and opening to practice handstands. Open to beginning and more experienced inverters. A willingness to step outside your comfort zone and have some fun is required!
