Through gentle movement and breathwork, we will honor the body’s incredible ability to hold memory, to feel it all, and to safely bring to the surface what may have been hidden to survive. This is an opportunity to transmute and transform those energies, using your movements and breath as pure alchemy, supported by the wisdom of cacao to move our internal waters and release what no longer serves us. Spontaneous sensory rituals using sound and scent will anchor you fully in the present moment, deepening your connection to yourself and the energies around you.
